Unlike traditional diamonds, Herkimer Diamonds are naturally occurring double-terminated quartz crystals found in Herkimer County, New York. They earned their name because their exceptional natural clarity and brilliant crystal structure can resemble the appearance of diamonds.

Our Herkimer Diamonds are sourced directly from our own New York mining location, allowing us to offer authentic, naturally occurring gemstones directly from the source.

Each crystal formed naturally within the ancient Little Falls Dolostone, a Cambrian-age rock formation approximately 500 million years old.
